Programmes
Three Programmes. One Consistent Standard.
Each programme at Formanova has a defined scope, a realistic time commitment, and documented output. Here is what each one covers.
Back to Home01 — Our Methodology
How the Programmes Are Structured
Each Formanova programme is built around the same organising principle: a defined scope comes first, then curriculum is designed to fill it — not the other way around. This means every programme has a written trade-off document that states clearly what is included and what is not. Participants see this before they enrol.
Session sequencing follows a consistent logic: orientation, method introduction, applied practice, critical review and documented output. The pace is designed for people who are working at the same time — five to eight hours per week across structured cohort periods.
Assessment sits at the end of every programme and takes the form of written work that participants produce, not standardised tests. Criteria are shared in advance. Reviewed feedback is provided by at least two members of the teaching team.
Written Scope First
Every programme has a document before delivery begins.
Cohort Learning
Small groups where peers contribute meaningfully to progress.
Applied Practice
Methods are practised in realistic exercises during the course.
Documented Output
Every programme ends with work the participant produced.
